Is IAS Zone only a digital menu?
No. The menu is part of a platform covering ordering, POS, KDS, printing, inventory, staff and customers, subject to plan and setup.
Is there an order commission?
IAS Zone adds no commission to order value. Payment, WhatsApp, hardware or other third-party fees remain separate where applicable.
Can I use my own domain?
The platform supports IAS paths, subdomains and custom domains depending on account setup. DNS and HTTPS must be configured before launch.
Do I need proprietary hardware?
Interfaces run in a modern browser. Thermal printing and POS peripherals require driver, size and connection testing on the actual device.
How do I test before subscribing?
Start the trial, create a small menu and run a full order flow. Review any special setup with support before purchase.
